Raspberry Pancake Canapes. I had a ton of raspberries from my garden, leftover fluffy pancake batter from Sunday morning’s breakfast + extra berry buttercream from a cake order today. Boom, boom, BOOM! 
FYI, the secret to crispy golden edges is a bit of melted butter swirled around the hot skillet before the batter is poured in. Makes a big difference
