Mrs Bridges’ Bakery

Remember back in the day when Marks & Spencer’s shops were in Toronto? I remember walking past the racks of clothes directly to the “FOOD HALL” where addictive British snacks lined each shelf. A lot of childhood memories surrounded M&S’s potato rings and tangy prawn chips and I was so excited to find M&S stores in Hong Kong when I went in 2007.

I found something similar @ Mrs Bridges’ Bakery at Eglinton Town Centre (Victoria Park/Eglinton) called HULA HOOPS. They come in a variety of flavours including BBQ Beef, Pickled Vegetables and Gravy (which tastes like a poutine). It must be a British thing :) I also found a ton of candy/chocolate that I’ve never seen before which will be fun to bake with in the future!

Mrs Bridges’ also has a booth @ The Ex this year! So go check it out and stock up on yummy British snacks :)
